California: Procession Honors Local Tow Truck Driver

Family and coworkers of a tow truck driver who was hit and killed over the weekend held a rolling memorial Wednesday morning to pay tribute to the man. Jabar Issa, a father of three, was struck and killed by a pickup truck Saturday morning while helping a driver fix a flat tire on State Route 78 in San Marcos. He was on the call for his company Sky Towing when the pickup veered off the road and struck him. A second tow truck driver was also seriously injured in the crash.
