Colorado: Englewood Police Officer Hit by Suspected Drunk Driver
An Englewood Police officer was hit by a suspected drunk driver late Thursday night. Englewood Police said the officer had pulled over a driver on Hampden Avenue, near University Blvd., just before midnight. The officer had walked back to her patrol car and was sitting inside, processing information, when her car was rear-ended by another vehicle. Cherry Hills Police arrested the suspected drunk driver.
