Decorated MA State Police Lieutenant AWOL from Traffic Detail

A decorated state police lieutenant is under investigation for going missing in action at a construction detail on the Neponset River Bridge when gunfire erupted last month after a fellow trooper was struck and seriously injured by a hit-and-run driver. Lt. Kenneth P. Halloran “was not there at the time of the shooting, and we are investigating why that was,” state police spokesman David Procopio said.
