North Carolina: Paramedic Who Lost Legs 10 Years Ago to be Reunited with Rescuers

A paramedic who lost his legs while responding to a call 10 years ago will be reunited with the people who rescued him and helped him recover. Tim Hayes was hit by a tractor-trailer and two SUVs and dragged several feet down an icy guardrail.
