Virginia: New Kent Deputy Struck Directing Traffic
A New Kent Deputy was struck by a pickup truck while directing traffic in New Kent County earlier this afternoon.
Virginia State Police tell us the Deputy was directing traffic around 11:00 a.m. for the Martin’s Tour of Richmond race in the eastbound lane of New Kent Highway when a 2001 Dodge pickup struck him from behind.
