A 33-year-old Sûreté du Québec officer died early Sunday morning after being hit by a passing car while he conducted a speed radar operation north of Montreal. Donovan Lagrange was the second SQ officer to die on the job in Quebec in less than two weeks. Lagrange worked at the SQ’s highway division, and had been a police officer for nine years, said SQ Sgt.
