Canada: Tow Truck Driver Rushed to Help Fallen Toronto Officer in 2011 Incident

A tow truck driver recalled in court rushing to the aid of a fallen Toronto police officer on a snowy winter morning two years ago, just moments after he saw Sgt. Ryan Russell get struck by a snowplow.
