Kansas: Fallen Johnson County deputy honored at memorial service

Fallen Johnson County Master Deputy Brandon Collins was honored Thursday by family and friends at a funeral service. Collins was killed early Sunday when his vehicle was struck by another motorist during a traffic stop on U.S. 69 near 143rd Street.

Adrian Espinosa-Flores, 38, is charged with involuntary manslaughter while driving under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of a fatal crash. Collins' memorial service was held at the College Church of the Nazarene in Olathe. He will be buried in Oklahoma.
