North Carolina Community Welcomes Trooper Mitchell Home

The family of Trooper Matt Mitchell has described his ongoing recovery as miraculous. Nearly two months after he was hit by a car while on duty and given a questionable prognosis, a crowd of well-wishers welcomed Mitchell home Thursday.
