Georgia: Officer Struck While Investigating Crash
A person was hit and killed Monday morning while walking on I-75.
Clayton County Police said the person was killed after being hit by a car at I-75 northbound near CW Grant Parkway around 2:50 a.m.
However, during their investigation, police said a car drove into the crash scene and struck one of their officers. The officer was struck while she was inside of a patrol car. The car that crashed into the scene was unrelated to the original crash.
