Bikers attack Massachusetts Troopers on I-91
According to State Police Media Relations, on Sunday night, 10 motorcycles were traveling down I-91 South, near the Longmeadow exit. Four of them were illegally driving side by side. A trooper had run the plate of one of the motorcycles; revealing that it was stolen.
Troopers managed to get ahead of the motorcycles, and a trooper tried to flag them down. When he did this, one rider appeared to slow down, but then sped-up and struck the trooper in the hand.

Motorcyclists Hit Massachusetts State Trooper, Hit Speeds Of 130 MPH
State Police were looking for six motorcyclists after a dangerous incident Sunday night on a Massachusetts highway.
One of them hit a State Trooper, another struck a State Police cruiser, and several took off at speeds around 130 MPH. Two bikers escaped by speeding the wrong way on the highway.

Illinois: Police Dispatcher Dies When Hit by Driver Fleeing Cops
Police Dispatcher Marciea Adkins died early Sunday driving home from her overnight shift after her car was struck by a teenager fleeing from police in stolen SUV, police said. The 16-year-old had touched off a nearly 2-mile pursuit after he backed into a police vehicle during a traffic stop for failing to stop at a red light, police said.

Kentucky Officer Struck in Spaghetti Junction
The name of the Louisville Metro Police officer hurt in a crash in Spaghetti Junction has been released. On July 4, Officer Armand "Buddy" Vancleave was working an accident on the ramp from westbound 64 to southbound 65 when a black Dodge rounded the curve, hit a stalled car, and pushed it into him. The car pinned Vancleave against the guardrail and broke his leg.

Vermont Officer Struck
A Burlington police officer was struck by a motorist who
didn't want to wait for a tow truck operator to finish loading a disabled vehicle. The driver pulled around six cars that had stopped for the tow truck and then struck the police officer as he approached the vehicle.
