Taco John's restaurants in Sioux Falls were buzzing with activity as a portion of the morning's Breakfast Burrito sales went to Trooper Steen and his family.

    Police and tow truck operators say motorists need to abide by a recently-changed law that requires motorists to change lanes if they see workers on the side of a highway. Two tow truck operators were killed this weekend servicing vehicles on the side of the road in Cleveland and Columbus and last year a Struthers tow truck driver was killed on the side of the road.
