South Carolina: Ladder Truck Struck by Tour Bus
A Columbia Fire Department truck was struck by a tractor-trailer Wednesday morning as the fire truck responded to a vehicle crash in the westbound lane of I-20, near Two-Notch Road.
Four fire department crew members were in the fire truck when it was hit. They were taken to the hospital for evaluation, and have been released.
The fire truck was damaged near the driver’s side of the cab. The airbags were deployed.
