Starting a Career in Stopping Traffic

Joe "V "the instructor in Flagger School helped develop the White Paper Protecting Emergency Responders on the Highway. Joe retired as a safety proffesional from the Delaware Department of Trasnsportion where he had a storied career teaching highway safety. Joe is a life member of the Talleyville Delaware Fire Comany responds as Delaware State Fire Police 25-9.
