New York Tow-Truck Safety Bill Passes

The state Senate and Assembly have passed a bill requiring all drivers to exercise caution when driving toward or passing any stopped emergency vehicle displaying amber lights while assisting a motorist on roadways.

The bill now goes to Gov. Andrew Cuomo for his signature.
