Texas Firefighter's Funeral Draws Hundreds of Colleagues

A Dallas firefighter killed last week after he was struck by a vehicle has been buried in a ceremony that drew hundreds of firefighters from across the state. Funeral services for William Scott Tanksley were Monday in Terrell (TEHR'-uhl), east of Dallas. Burial came at Restland Cemetery's Garden of Honor in Dallas.
