Maryland: Officer, pedestrian injured in crash on Route 295

A Baltimore City police officer and a pedestrian were injured Saturday in a crash on Route 295, police said.City police said the officer was at an accident scene around 11:55 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Route 295 at Annapolis Road when another car struck her vehicle.The officer and a pedestrian were taken to a hospital. Their conditions were not immediately reported.
