North Carolina Interstae Wreck a Reminder to Drivers

When Lt. Stuart Wells of the Statesville Fire Department parked the fire engine near a wreck scene late Sunday night, he did so according to regulations. He pulled the parking brake and, seconds later, a rollback wrecker slammed into the rear of the fire truck.
