Illinois: Driver Who Killed Fireman Cited For Violating Scott's Law

Illinois State Police say the truck driver who hit and killed a Bloomington fireman Tuesday was cited for driving too fast in hazardous conditions and for breaking Scott's Law. Scott's Law is also called the 'Move Over Law' and mandates drivers to slow down, change lanes if possible and be cautious when approaching a police or any other emergency vehicle.
