Alabama: Anniston Officer Struck by Vehicle While Responding to Traffic Accident
Anniston police say one of their officers is being treated at the hospital after he was struck while responding to a traffic accident. The officer was working a single-vehicle wreck in the 2500 block of McClellan Boulevard around 6:30 p.m. on Thursday when he was struck. Police say the suspect fled the scene but has been located and identified.
