Georgia: Officer struck by police car while in pursuit
According to a WALB report, a Cordele Police Officer was accidentally hit by a police cruiser while pursuing a suspect on Tuesday. Police were looking for a person that had fled from GSP troopers during a traffic stop. The suspect ran into and then out of a residence with a CPD officer chasing on foot when the accident occurred.
