Partners in Progress
The success of the Cumberland Valley Volunteer Firemen's Association (CVVFA) is due in no small part to those organizations that support the various missions of the Association. Beginning in 1901 the Cumberland Valley Railroad, our first partner, worked side by side with firefighters to establish the CVVFA and create mutual aid agreements between the various towns along the railroad. Over the years businesses, government and other non-profits contributed greatly to our success. These "Partners in Progress" support the mission of the CVVFA Emergency Responder Safety Institute. We offer them a heartfelt Thank You. Other organizations that support our mission to protect emergency responders on the roadways are also invited to become a "Partner in Progress".
