Pennsylvania: Mounted Patrol Officer Struck By Vehicle In North Philadelphia
A mounted patrol officer was injured after being struck by a vehicle in North Philadelphia Thursday night. Philadelphia police say a 25th District officer officer assigned to mounted patrol was rear ended by a vehicle.
