Massachusetts: Tow truck driver rushed to hospital after being struck in Peabody hit-and-run
A tow truck driver was rushed to the hospital after being struck by a car on Route 128 North in Peabody, police say.
Massachusetts State Police say the crash happened near Route 114 Friday night, and they say the car that struck the driver took off. The victim was taken to Lahey Clinic Medical Center, and the 21-year-old is expected to be okay.
Police are searching for a Nissan Altima with a Maine registration, and a license plate number of 7436WM.
