A twice prior convicted drunk driver crashed through all those barricades and t-boned me at 50 miles per hour," Doyle said. The impact left Doyle with severe brain injuries.

Motorist Trapped After Crashing Into Back of Missouri Fire Truck on I-70
A motorist was seriously injured after crashing into the back end of a parked fire truck on westbound I-70 this morning. Officials with the St. Charles Fire Department were involved in a medical emergency on the shoulder of the highway at the First Capitol Driver overpass, when the motorist slammed into the rear end of the huge pumper truck.
