New York State Trooper Castellano's Mother Educates Motorists on Move Over Law

One year ago Sunday, Donna Setaro was burying her son Marc. Castellano, a 29-year old state trooper. Castellano, of Howell, had been killed five days earlier by an onrushing car while he was standing on the shoulder of I-195 in Howell as part of a massive police search.
