North Dakota Highway Patrol Releases Numbers on Week-Long Enforcement Emphasis on “Move-Over” Law
The North Dakota Highway Patrol Northwest Region conducted a week-long enforcement emphasis on the “move over” law. The enforcement effort was performed with the intent to make the roadways safer for emergency services personnel including law enforcement officers, fire fighters and emergency medical workers.
