                                             Massachusetts Drivers Not Following "Move Over" Law
                                            The danger tow truck operators face was tragically seen Tuesday when a 36-year-old man was killed on the Mass Pike when a truck plowed into him while he was assisting a disabled vehicle. Beau Anderson, the towing manager for Red's Towing in West Springfield said that people aren't following the state's "Move Over Law," that requires drivers to shift lanes away from emergency vehicles. He said people need to follow it to save lives.

                                            An old state law is getting tougher enforcement by state troopers and now Tulsa Police are taking action as well. The Move Over law in which drivers are required to change lanes if an emergency vehicle or tow truck is pulled off the side of the road has been around for several years.
