Pennsylvania Passes Bill for Enhancing Penalties for Striking Responders on the Roadway

The State House of Representatives voted affirmatively on the Sgt. Michael C. Weigand Act. The bill will enhance penalties for anyone convicted of injuring or killing a first responder in a vehicle accident during the course of their duties.
