Ice, Accidents Briefly Close Interstate 89 in Richmond, Vermont

Nine vehicles slipped off Interstate 89 or into each other Tuesday afternoon in a chain reaction that started when a tow truck that was pulling a vehicle back onto the highway was struck by a vehicle that had lost control on ice.
