Phoenix Firefighter Honored with Historical Marker

A Phoenix firefighter is being remembered a year after he was accidentally struck and killed while responding to a fire. The Phoenix Fire Department is set to unveil a historical marker Monday morning near the area where 23-year-old Brad Harper died.
