California: Caltrans Reminding Drivers of Move Over Law

In July alone, 6 motorists and contracted workers were killed and multiple others injured on highway work zones. Among those killed, 24 year old Regan Johnson, a CalTrans contractor's employee who just graduated from Fresno State and was hit by a suspected drunk driver while working on Highway 99.
