Campaign to Enforce 'Move Over' Law Underway in New York
There's a new campaign in the works to enforce a new state law. The Move Over Law requires drivers to slow down and move away from the lane closest to an emergency vehicle. It became law at the beginning of the year. But are drivers obeying it?
