Michigan: Crash that killed tow truck operator remains under investigation
The crash that killed 28-year-old Jason Schultz of Clyde Township remains under investigation. Deputy Steve Campau, the St. Clair County Sheriff Department public information officer, said the 18-year-old Fort Gratiot man involved in the crash is not in custody.

New York: New prosecutor named for July trial in trooper's death
